General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is strict and intended for coordinated implementation across the European Union.
Local applicable laws have priority in case of conflict with this Data Protection Policy or if they include stricter requirements than this Policy.

• The Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

Consent to data processing

The processing is carried out for the following purposes:


• Provision of services by the organizer;
• Information about promotions and special offers;
• Targeting of advertising materials;
• Improving the quality of provided services;
• Promotion of goods, works, and services in the market through direct communication with potential consumers via communication channels;
• Conducting statistical and other research by the organizer.

Purposes of data processing

By agreeing, the participant grants the organizer permission to process their personal data (or the participant’s data if they are another person) using automated or non-automated means, including: collection, registration, organization, accumulation, storage, correction (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, granting access), anonymization, blocking, deletion; destruction of the following personal data: last name, first name, middle name, date of birth; details of the main identification document, including number and series, name of issuing authority, date of issue; phone number; email address.

Participant’s responsibility

The data subject is responsible for any consequences resulting from providing incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect data, as well as data not belonging to them and provided without the appropriate person’s consent.

Data transfer

The data subject agrees to the transfer of their personal data by the organizer to the organizer’s partners. The organizer may transfer personal data to third parties, including cross-border transfers.

Security measures

The organizer takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the data subject’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

Validity and revocation of consent

The data subject’s consent is deemed given to the operator upon signing and remains valid until the organizer’s termination. Consent may be revoked by the data subject or their representative by sending a written request to the organizer.
