Terms and Conditions
Terms used in this document:
An entertainment game event that starts at the time set in the organizer’s schedule and takes place over a continuous period — “Game” — in accordance with the scenario and conditions set by the organizer, which include, among other things, compliance with the rules.
Any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific natural person or can be used to identify them (data subject — “Personal Data”).
A natural person who has registered on the website in accordance with the terms of this agreement — “User.”
A combination of email/mobile phone number and password used to access the user’s personal page on the site — “Profile” — which allows access to site services.
The website www.another-world.com (“Site”) provides information about services and allows the user to interact with the game booking system for the desired time slot (“Session”), including the ability to obtain descriptions, images, availability, terms, and the cost of booking the session.
A set of activities carried out by the organizer during the game, as well as additional activities related to it — “Service” or “Services” — provided in accordance with the instructions of the user, the participant (or their legal representative), or another person interested in participating in the game personally or ensuring another person’s participation.
A natural person who is the recipient of the service(s) for participating in the game — “Participant.”
1. Provision of Personal Data
When the user provides data for registration (creates a profile and/or provides data for booking a service) on the site, they grant the organizer information constituting personal data and agree to its processing by the organizer, including transfer to third parties. If the user does not wish the organizer to continue processing their personal data, they must delete their profile or contact the organizer with a written request.
2. Use of Images for Advertising
The organizer may process personal data in the following ways, unless otherwise specified: collect, store, organize, update, use, anonymize, and transfer this information to third parties.
3. Processing of Personal Data
The participant fully agrees and authorizes the organizer to publish and use for advertising purposes images of the user (including photos and videos in which they participate), including if the image was taken at the place where the services are provided, in public places, or at public events.
4. Contacting the User
The organizer, together with the user, takes all necessary measures to prevent damage or negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the user’s personal data.
5. Duration of Data Processing
The organizer may use the personal data of users and participants to contact them.
6. Disclosure of Information in Investigations
Personal data processing will be carried out indefinitely, in any lawful manner, including in personal data information systems, with or without automated means.
7. Transfer of Information to Authorities
The organizer may disclose any information collected about the user or participant if such disclosure is required as part of an investigation or complaint about misuse of the site, or to identify the user or participant who may violate or interfere with the rights of the organizer or other users.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data of the user and participant may be provided to authorized bodies of the Russian Federation only in accordance with the standards and procedures established by the federal law of the Russian Federation.
